Enrico Palvarini

l'm Enrico the co-founder of JustPilates. I was born in Verona, Italy, and began my professional journey as a classical ballet dancer. I had the privilege of performing as a soloist with several renowned ballet companies, including Ballett der Deutsche Oper am Rhein, Theater Gelsenkirchen, Theater Halle, Theater Dessau, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Theater Dresden, Theater Chemnitz, and the Gregor Seyffert Compagnie.

In 2013, I began the STOTT PILATES® training program in Munich and became a certified instructor. The following year, I opened my first Pilates studio, and since then, l've gained over eleven years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry.

My background in dance has given me a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics, which I bring into every session. My approach combines the precision and discipline of classical ballet with the mindful, functional principles of Pilates to help clients build strength, balance, and body awareness.

Hi, I'm Valentine, the co-founder of this Pilates studio.

I began my professional journey as an accountant, but everything changed when I moved to Berlin after my studies. I lived there for four years, and it was during this time that I discovered Pilates—and instantly fell in love with it.

Inspired by its ability to strengthen both body and mind, I decided to shift paths and start a STOTT Reformer Pilates training. Since then, teaching Pilates has become my true passion.

In my classes, I love to challenge my clients—always with a focus on alignment, control, and progression. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, I aim to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process.
